About Me

I grew up on a small farm in West Michigan.  As a child, I attended church with my great grandparents.  There, I learned all about Jesus.  I learned about the virgin birth, His death, burial, and resurrection.  However, as I entered my adolescent years, I stopped going to church.  

As a young adult, I married a man who had children from an earlier marriage.  Together, we had one child.  Tragically, one day, one of my stepchildren was murdered.  Sadly, I was a witness to that horrific scene.  But that tragedy ultimately led me on a quest to know the Lord.  I began a personal relationship with Jesus Christ on June 2, 1985 and have experienced  more love and peace than I could have ever imagined.  It has become my mission to share Christ with others.


As God has done so much for me, I feel inclined to give back to Him.  One of the ways is by speaking for Him publicly.  I invite you to contact me about how I can share my story with your organization.  My mission is to bring people to a saving knowledge of Christ, to help those who know Him to grow closer to Him in their spiritual walk, and to challenge and encourage believers as they traverse this thing we call life.
