Leading Ladies: A Woman's Role in Church Leadership

Are you a leader in your church?  Should a woman be a leader in the church?  We often get caught in thinking that this is only a role for a man, but leading is just like a marriage relationship…you offer input and direction.  You offer guidance and forethought.  You offer your talents and spiritual gifts.  There are many, many ways and places for a woman to get involved in a leadership capacity.  The key is to move gently and gracefully, helping not pushing.
